To secure your order, you can:

- Pay by Credit Card: We will call you within 48 hours or you may call us to complete payment.

- Pay In-store: Visit your local Feeds’n Needs store to pay by credit card, debit, or cash.

Please note, we will hold your booking for 48 hours. If we are unable to reach you for payment within this time, your booking will not be processed.

Pick-up Information

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering for orders over $50. Orders under $50 must be paid in full before an order is processed. All sales are final. No returns. Unfulfilled orders due to hatchery shortage will be refunded by Feeds’n Needs. Feeds’n Needs has the right to sell birds if not picked up by closing on delivery day. Feeds’n Needs is not liable for any losses once birds leave the premises.

Delivery dates are subject to change, we will call you with confirmed pick-up date & time.

According to the Nova Scotia Regulations under the Natural Products Act, all chick vendors must report the following to the Chicken Farmers of Nova Scotia (CFNS) each month: Name, Address, Phone Number, and the number of chicks sold.
