Feeds’n Needs now proudly operates 14 corporate stores across the Maritimes and is a place where you are free to ask for advice while sharing an engaging shopping experience. Our 100+ experienced retail team members are carefully selected (only real pet lovers are hired!) and thoroughly trained to offer our customers the best experience through friendly, personalized, and courteous customer service.

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Grooming: Transform our furry clients into the best-looking pets in town, providing grooming services with love and care.
• Sales: Assist pet owners in finding the perfect products, from food, toys and treats to health and wellness items.
• Customer Service: Ensure every pet and pet owner feels welcome, appreciated, and leaves with a smile.
• Store Maintenance: Keep our pet paradise clean and inviting, so pets and their owners always feel at home.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in pet grooming and a genuine love for animals.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is a bonus, as you’ll help pet owners find the best products for their furry friends.
• Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Customer satisfaction oriented;
• English is mandatory and being fluent in French would be an asset.
